Under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection rules, you may generally return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions. A product changed from its condition at sale for a reason attributable to the customer may be an exception. SMSM will not apply a blanket no-return rule to discounted goods or COD deposits.
If a product is defective, you may request replacement or return with a refund within 30 days of receiving it under the applicable rules. Contact SMSM through the Contact page with your order reference and a description of the issue. Statutory remedies must not carry an additional charge to you.
Any amount already paid, including a COD deposit where applicable, is accounted for when a lawful refund is due. The exact collection and refund instructions are being finalized; contact the store to arrange a request. This page does not limit any stronger statutory right.
